Packaging
We take every precaution to pack your purchase with the utmost care. Each item is custom-packed using ample bubble wrap or packing paper. To ensure maximum protection, we use multiple layers of industrial-grade cardboard to create a sturdy and secure box.
Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as required by law. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all labels attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@euroarthouse.eu with the item number and reason for the return. The buyer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a courier with tracking for the return shipment. Please ensure the package is insured, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
Damages
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately after delivery at info@euroarthouse.eu with a description of the issue.
Include the item number (found on the attached label on the back of the item) and a few clear photos of the damage.
